GENERAL POLICIES 1. All rates and deposit policies are subject to taxes and change without notice. 2. Nona Lani Cottages does accept credit cards by phone and through its website, and for multiple units. 3. Minimum stay: April - mid-November (Low Season): 2 nights minimum Please inquire about other seasonal rates and minimum night requirements 4. $55.00 ADDITIONAL FEE for reservations less than minimum night's stay and for SPECIAL PROMOTIONS are not computed by automated booking engine. If reservation is by on-line booking, corrected total will be sent by phone call or email.  Rates are based on double occupancy; there is an extra charge for additional guests (varies by season). 5. WE DO NOT OFFER DAILY MAID OR CLEANING OF UNITS DURING GUESTS STAY. 6. POLICIES: Guarantee/Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Change Policy: Changes to reservations are subject to a $45 processing fee. Room Change Policy: Changes to room assignment during guest stay are subject to a $55 cleaning fee. Cancellation Policy: Payments are fully refundable up to 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less a $200 processing fee. Group Reservations (consist of 4+ cottages): A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for each cottage. Full balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable. Wedding Reservations (all 8 cottages must be booked): A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for each cottage. Full balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable. 7. NOTIFICATION: Nona Lani Cottages reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, offer or not offer, to any present or future guest, any past, on-going or future regular rate or special promotion, or refuse or offer any reservation, for any length of time regardless of time of year, and without further notice, via either verbal, written, electronically posted, on either website or printed materials located on or off property. Nona Lani Cottages also reserves the right to refuse the matching of any on-going special promotion or rate another guest may have, during or after the check-in or check-out of guests. Nona Lani Cottages has no control, coordination or responsibility to or for information posted by outside sources, including but not limited to travel guides or reviews in electronic or print format. 8. Check In Time: 3:00PM Check Out Time: 11:00AM (SORRY, NO LATE CHECK OUT.) 9. All paid reservations are non-transferable. 10. Travel Agents: Please note Nona Lani Cottages does not offer commissions for bookings made online and/or for multiple rentals at Nona Lani Cottages property. All travel agents must have written prior agreement with Management as to commissions to be paid, if any. Therefore, if Travel Agent makes reservation online or by telephone without prior written agreeement, Nona Lani Cottages LLC is not obligated to offer or pay any fees to Travel Agent and Nona Lani Cottages does NOT OFFER commissions or discounts, including to online travel agencies (OTA) or referred affiliate websites or its owners. PRIVACY POLICIES Nona Lani Cottages ("NLC") does not sell, rent, share or disclose your electronic information to or with the general public. NLC may use your information to create a mailing list to send information to you about future specials or newsletters about Nona Lani Cottages or Happy Valley Hale and or the Kong Family. If you do not wish to be included in our mailing list, please inform us at Nona@NonaLaniCottages.com and we will honor your request for removal from future mailings. In turn, we ask that you do not sell or rent NLC electronic information to be used other than to communicate about business related to NLC or Happy Valley Hale. Mahalo!
