1. All rates are subject to taxes and change without notice.
2. Non-refundable Deposit of $200.00 is required within 7 days of phone reservation. Full pre-payment due 30 days prior to first day of arrival. (NO CREDIT CARDS)
3. Cancellation Policy. If cancellation is within 45 days of arrival, total deposit will be retained. If cancellation is 45 days prior to and after arrival date, for whatever reason, all funds forfeited. If same reservation slot has been re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued after it has been vacated.

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00AM - (SORRY, NO LATE CHECK OUT.)
5. Reservations of two or more cottages will be subject to special deposit, cancellation and refund policies.
6. $50.00 CLEANING FEE FOR RESERVATIONS UNDER THE MINUMUM NIGHT'S STAY.
Note: Without prior reservation and with deposit, only travelers checks or cash will be accepted on arrival.
