Happy Valley Hale Hostel Rates

1. All rates are subject to taxes and change without notice.
2. Phone reservations not paid within 7 days will be cancelled.
3. Cancellation Policy. $100.00 Cancellation Fee ("CF") will be withheld for any and all cancellations, regardless of reason. If canceling:
a. 31 days prior to arrival: all paid funds refunded less CF.
b. 30 days prior to &/or INCLUDING ARRIVAL DATE: all paid funds forfeited.
c. We will make every effort to re-rent your cancellation. If we are able to do so, a pro-rata refund, less CF and less 25% service fee, will be issued only AFTER unit has been vacated.
4. Check In Time: 2:00PM
Check Out Time: 11:00AM (Sorry, no late checkouts.)
5. No travel agent discounts.
6. Paid reservations are non-transferable.
7. Happy Valley Hostel services travelers. We reserve the right to verify the same by asking for your picture ID & a departing airline ticket.
