Booking Dates: limited to Dec. 16, 2011 to Apr. 15, 2012.

Booking Nights: 7 consecutive nights minimum at $165.00/ night rate. Additional nights also at $165.00/night.

Persons in Party: 2 persons @ $165/night, plus taxes.

Additional Persons & Fees: $15/person/night applies for 3rd &/or 4th person and a maximum of 4 persons to a cottage.

Payment:    Full payment is required at time of reservation for this 7 night minimum - $165/night Special rate, with no refunds at any time for any reason. Therefore, regular Deposit and Cancellation Policies as listed on website or in print do not apply to this special rate.

Special Notes**:

** This "Winter Special , 7 night minimum - $165/night" Special" rate WILL NOT apply after Apr. 15, 2012 in the event of extended stay. Retail rate for season or other applicable promotions will apply thereafter.

** This special rate NOT applicable to any Travel Agency bookings.

** If booking is done online, automated booking engine does not compute 3rd & 4th person fees & taxes.  Therefore guest agrees to pay added fees for 3 &/or 4th person, at time of reservation.

** If booking dates are reduced at anytime after initial online or phone reservation to less than 7 nights, the prevailing retail rate of the season, ($175.00) not including other special promotions, if any, along with an additional fee of $50.00 for cleaning & $200.00 CHANGE FEE will apply. By booking this special rate, guest agrees to this rate change in the event of staying less than 7 night minimum as well as cleaning fee of $50.00 and $200.00 Change Fee. IF CANCELLATION, there are no refunds for any reason or at any time.
